“Yes, but you have to promise me that you won’t touch anything.”
“Yes,” said the frog smiling secretly.
“Ok. We will start at my dad’s room.” So they went up to the King’s room and they saw two people. The people introduced themselves. They said that their names were Tim and Lynda. They were little kids, a boy and a girl. They asked,
“Do you have any moon cheese?”
“What is moon cheese”?
“Oh, it is cheese from the moon.”
“Is it yummy?”
“Oh yes, it is.”
“Well, where is it then?”
“We don’t know. That’s why we are looking for it and why we are asking you!”
“Oh! Where did you come from?”
“The Earth,” said Tim.
“What part of the Earth do you come from?”
“We come from the United States of America. It is a wonderful place to go.”
“Can you take me there?”
“But what about your father? Won’t he get worried if you are not there?”
“Oh yes. He will get angry if I leave without him knowing. But what if I could ask my father?”
“Your father doesn’t know we are here. He might think we are robbers!”
“Of course not,” said Ruby.
“We would not like that!” said Tim.
“So do you have moon cheese?”
“No, I don’t think so. I will check.”
“Ok but if you get asked what you need it for, just say, ‘I’m seeing if it exists!'” said Tim.
“Yes, ok, so can I go now?’’
“Yes, you can go,” said Lynda. So the princess went down the steps but half way down the stairs she remembered that she had left the frog in her father’s room. She quickly ran back up to the room and found the frog. The frog was on the bed and he was happy on the bed because he had found some food crumbs. He was eating a biscuit. Tim and Lynda were looking at the frog.
Tim asked the princess,
“Were you scared when we came into your Kingdom?”
“No not really but the thing that I wonder is how did you get in our lovely Kingdom?”
“Well we saw you open the door and we saw you take that frog into the Kingdom. We hid behind the bin and we put a stick into the slightly open door, then we came into the kingdom. We thought you would have moon cheese.”
“Oh! So that’s why the door would not shut!”
“Ok now can you just go down stairs to see if there is any moon cheese?” So the princess went down the stairs and she asked the king if they had such a thing as Moon cheese.
“Yes, we do but why do you need any moon cheese?”
“I was just wondering if it exists.”
“Ok then, you can have some.”
“Thank you, Papa. I will try it to see if it is good.” The princess took the cheese upstairs and showed it to Tim and Lynda. Their smiles were so big that they were almost the same size as their faces! They were so happy! They said ‘Thank you’ several times. After they said they would go, Ruby started crying. They said,
“How are we going to get back to the moon?”
“But you are still on the moon!” said the princess. Ruby told them the way to get back to their rocket and they flew off with the moon cheese. They lived happily ever after. After a week went past, Ruby kissed the frog and the frog turned into a prince. They got married and they lived happily ever after too.
